Sunday Social

Our Social Rides are free to all participants. And as the name suggests, they are purely social rides. This means we travel at a speed that allows free-flowing conversation and on roads where we can safely ride together, generally two-abreast. There’s no timer and the last person home is always one of the ride leaders.

Anyone can join one of our Social Rides, but we do insist that you register beforehand, so that we can ensure that there is an appropriate number of experienced ride leaders. There are no charges and no obligations. If you wake up on the morning of the ride and it’s tipping it down outside, you can just pull the duvet over your head. We won’t be too offended but we would appreciate it if you let us know.

Our Sunday Socials take place on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, come rain or shine. The only thing stops us going out is ice or strong winds.

If you’re on WhatsApp, you can join our ride booking group. Otherwise, you can simply text or email us, by 9PM on the Saturday before the ride, to let us know you’ll be joining.
